Overview
BuenOnda respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the BuenOnda platform.

You may also submit a notice using the form below. The form submission is equivalent to a written notice sent to the agent.
Requirements for a valid notice
Your DMCA notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location on BuenOnda.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Counter-notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA agent. Counter-notifications must comply with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
Repeat infringer policy
BuenOnda will, in appropriate circumstances, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
